Position Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Representatives to join Askari Family Takaful. The role focuses on generating new leads, promoting insurance/takaful products, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their financial protection needs.
- Promote and explain family takaful and insurance products.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Requirements

- Intermediate or above qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales, marketing, banking, insurance, or customer-service experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
