You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Updating your information to keep it accurate and current.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Inactivity for an extended period.
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies.

3. Job Postings

3.1 Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, and legality of their job postings.
• Complying with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Responding to job applications in a timely manner.
• Any claims arising from their job postings or hiring practices.

3.2 Content Review

We reserve the right to:

• Review and approve all job postings before publication.
• Remove or edit any job posting that violates our policies.
• Reject applications at our discretion.
• Impose limits on the number of job postings.

3.3 Prohibited Content

Job postings must not contain:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Discriminatory language or requirements.
• Illegal or unethical job requirements.
• Links to malicious or inappropriate websites.
• Misleading job titles or descriptions.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or malware.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Collect user information without consent.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for unauthorized purposes.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans

Candidates must have an active subscription to apply for jobs on our Platform.

• Monthly Plan: PKR 2000 per month.
• Subscription gives access to apply for unlimited jobs.
• Subscription is active for 30 days from activation.

5.2 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed manually.
• Payment confirmation requires proof of payment.
• Payments are verified by our team within 24–48 hours.
• Subscription is activated only after payment verification.

5.3 Refund Policy

• Subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases.
• Any refund is at our sole discretion.

6. Privacy

We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of job postings.
• Job placements or employment opportunities.
• Uninterrupted or error-free service.
• The security of the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillBridge shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, or consequential damages.
• Lost profits or business interruption.
• Data loss or corruption.
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Damages from third-party claims.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
