Job Description

Water Zone is looking for a skilled Service Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot water purification and filtration systems for customers.

Requirements

Minimum Intermediate; Technical Diploma preferred
Basic technical and troubleshooting knowledge
Good communication and customer dealing skills
Experience with water filtration systems is preferred
Ability to visit customer locations when required
Fresh candidates with relevant technical knowledge can apply
Responsibilities
Install water purification systems
Perform maintenance and servicing
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Conduct customer site visits
Explain system operation and maintenance
Maintain service records
Coordinate with the customer support team
